    • Standard Light Switch (Supply & Install, White/Black) – £35 per point*

    • New Socket Addition (Install & supply to existing circuit, White/Black)

  • LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS

    • Standard Light Fitting Installation – £40 per point(Fitting supplied by customer)

    • Chandelier Installation – £80 - £100(Depending on size and weight)

    • Outdoor Lighting Installation – £50 - £100(Outdoor light fitting supplied by customer)

    • Smoke Alarm (Replacement / Safety Upgrade) – £45 per point

  • KITCHEN ELECTRICAL

    • Electric Hob (Safe Disconnection & Installation) – £75

    • Fridge Disconnect & Install - £50

  • BATHROOM

    • Bathroom Extractor Fan & Isolator (Replacement) – £60

    • Bathroom Extractor Fan (Full New Installation) – £99 - £199

    • Electric Shower Install & Plumbing (£125) - Shower unit supplied by customer

  • HEATING

    • Heating Thermostat & Digital System Upgrade – £59 per point (Thermostat unit supplied by customer)

  • DOORBELLS

    • Wired Doorbell Supply & Mains Connection (Including transformer upgrade) – from £85 (Note: Additional costs apply if new doorbell cabling needs to be installed.)

Inspections, Upgrades & Fault Finding

  • EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) – From £130
    (Base price for a standard 3-bedroom property; varies with property size)

  • Consumer Unit / Fuse Box Upgrade – £650 - £1000

  • Electrical Fault Finding (Standard Working Hours) – £45
    (Covers callout & 1st hour), £30 per hour thereafter

  • Electrical Fault Finding (Out of Hours / Emergency) – £60
    (Covers callout & 1st hour), £35 per hour thereafter
